My sonos 1 suddenly stopped working & won't reconnect.
Any ideas? I have gone through all steps on set up and nothing works

There is no Sonos 1, there’s a PLAY:1 and a One. Have you wired the speaker to your router with an Ethernet cable?
What you should not do is a factory reset, unless Sonos Support says to.
