Sonos 5 - Fell downstairs!

My right channel Sonos Five was knocked off its 1m pedestal, and tumbled down a 7 step flight of wooden stairs to rest on the tile floor.

Remarkably, they APPEAR to function flawlessly despite a deep dent in the face-mesh.

Will this definitely shorten the lifespan of the speaker, or have I dodged a bullet?

You’re lucky👀👍🏻

One of my Play:1 fell on to the floor. Now it’s bass response is a bit wobbly 🤦‍♂️

I replaced it with a Sonos one and re-located it to the garage for the odd use while doing outside chores.

Hard to tell.  The fall may have loosened some connections, plugs, or joints in the circuitry, or it may be fine.  Only time will answer that question.

Thanks!

That’s what I figured - I’ll enjoy them on borrowed time, until I don’t.
