Waste of time and energy 🔥

Letting your feelings be known is better than doing nothing, surely?

Well, they do say 'Hope springs eternal', so go for it!  Your letter most likely will be processed by some AI system in any event. 🖥️✉️😜

No these are the actual employee emails I found; they weren’t listed on the AMA page. These will go direct to the inboxes of the directors.

They are EMPLOYEES - where do you think their loyalties lie?  An inbox is a computer program - it's not a physical location where a piece of paper lands up 😁

Once you handed over cash to purchase your device, your bargaining strength and influence went out the door.  All you can do is to threaten to withold any more purchases, and at a push cause an irritating nuisance by broadcasting this fiasco to all and sundry.

Be realistic, Sonos holds all the picture cards and the aces.  This is consumer capitalism not a friends' association 😁

In that case maybe suggesting witholding future purchases is exactly what the emails should say. You seem to be arguing your own point?

They sold 5 million devices in 2023... a few cranky users threatening 'never again' is a flea-bite.   They were however stung into making a ludicrous response when one of the tech reviews published a mildly critical account of this update fiasco.    It's about the only official reaction they've deigned to make to the 1000s of complaint posts which have appeared here.

I admit I may be wrong and it'll all have been a storm in a teacup in a short while. 😁

Hi all. I am going to have to step in here and lock this topic down. We will not tolerate brigading of our teams employee emails, plain and simple. If you would like to participate and ask questions of the team, by all means participate in the AMA. This is entering harassment territory and needs to stop.
