This is by far the worst company I’ve ever dealt with as far as warranty repair and replacement goes. I have been completely turned off to this company, and my wife is purchasing who actually buys products companies and was considering them, but not anymore since what I’ve gone through this is so ridiculous that a company that supposedly prides itself and quality Would let their customer service lack so bad

Sonos does not have, nor has it ever had a repair option. They do offer a “no questions asked” return policy within the first weeks of purchase and product warranty; both of which vary by country of sale.
Honestly, would you care to tell us about your issue(s). Maybe we can offer assistance. However, please remember that this is a community of Sonos product owners and not Sonos employees.
I was told by them that I had to return the unit for repair or replacement if they could not repair it, they would replace it and this is gone on for a couple of months before I even got the option to send it to them
The issue I kept having was it got extremely hot while using it . And when I plugged it in it got hot too. And got to the point where it would not come on anymore.
