Thankfully you can revert to a previous version of Sonos for Android
First, before you uninstall Sonos from your Android make sure auto updates are disabled
Uninstall the offending app
On the APK Mirror site: https://www.apkmirror.com/?post_type=app_release&searchtype=apk&s=sonos
choose a version - I reinstalled v16.1: https://www.apkmirror.com/apk/sonos-inc/sonos-for-android/sonos-for-android-16-1-release/
It immediately found my system including my rooms, services, NAS music library, TV, playlists, stations
