I purchased a record player just before Christmas. It is the first product I’ve purchased from Sonos that I was unsatisfied with. I currently have about 20 speakers throughout the house and absolutely love the ecosystem. 
I have been trying to return this project 1 player for no less than 12 days. 12 days calling being told it will take 24-48 hours. At this point it’s almost comical. By far the worst customer service experience of my life. I will be purchasing from other stores in the future instead of Sonos direct. Absolute joke and still no help. 12 days and counting. Eventually the 30 day return period will be over. Can’t wait for that battle. 

Why were you not satisfied with the turntable? Can you share what made you want to return it?

If you search the community there are a lot of similar posts. Unfortunately you’ll need to be persistent and keep trying.
