Question

recent update

Wow - trying to find something positive for a week now with the updated app. It seems like Sonos took away all the features that made it easy to use. The a-z is gone in the artist list - so if I want to listen to my Led Zeppelin album - can’t jump to that - have to scroll and scroll. I load an album in the que- 1- can’t delete a song from que like I was easily able to before 2- can’t go to artists and add another album or song to que- again this was easy on old app. Used to just tap the star at bottom to access my saved playlists like Friday night or Christmas playlist - now it’s buried and have to go through several clicks / screens to find them. I could go on - but it looks like a lot of folks are not happy with the “easier” new updates. Frustrating to say the least.

Cool. But I paid $2500 for equipment this week, and all of it is completely unusable. Still cant get back the setup regardless of using iphone or android.  This is sickening.

What are you seeing that makes it unusable?  Are the rooms listed on the app?  If so, what is missing?

No. Can’t list rooms. It sees my arc and my sub. It updated firmware on my sub. When trying to add the Arc to a room it says the software on the arc must be updated, and then gets network error 1000 or 1002 and I cannot proceed.  I can’t link the sub to anything without the arc.

It is very frustrating to us… me and the wife are struggling to use it.

New app is absolutely horrible. Can’t even que next songs. Why release a new app without having the bugs worked out. If it’s not fixed soon I will sell all my sonos crap and got heos I don’t care how much it cost me. Heos is way more user friendly
