really bad customer service

i experienced 2 day of frustration just trying to oder sub 4 and 2x Era  300 speaker. confirmation notice had wrong shipping address, discount offered only aftrr full price paid and product has shipped. tried to cancel and got an error message saying they couldn’t process cancellation. Offered next day delivery but package still hasn’t been delivered yet. I plan to refuse delivery and instruct credit card company to refuse payment.

Makes me happy I ordered speakers last week from Crutchfield. Showed up 3 days later,  plugged them in and named them. 

 

Hope ya can catch the driver to refuse delivery,  they can be ninja like this time of year.

How can a company like Sonos be so bad on so many issues at one time. I asked to talk to a supervisor and they said they couldn’t do that either.
