re tune true play

Hi last week I updated to the new app and now done the update on the new app. do u have to re tune true play since the new version of the app has been installed. Well if true play isn’t still broken. Which i see people having issues with it.

It’s not normally necessary to re-do Trueplay.

Hello,

I have the same problem Truplay is not working. I’ve done some changes and I need to do a retune on my Sono audio system. It is getting stuck on Beginning tuning as you can see in the attached image.

Is sonos working on fixing true play many IOS users seems to have issues with the new update.
