Hi last week I updated to the new app and now done the update on the new app. do u have to re tune true play since the new version of the app has been installed. Well if true play isn’t still broken. Which i see people having issues with it.

It’s not normally necessary to re-do Trueplay.

I have the same problem Truplay is not working. I’ve done some changes and I need to do a retune on my Sono audio system. It is getting stuck on Beginning tuning as you can see in the attached image.

I have the same problem too tried many times and gives me error after moving the phone up and down.


I have this exact issue. I wanted to retune as the right surround isn’t sounding right only to get stuck at this screen
