When will you replace this beta application full of bugs you have send out? 
it is slow, no logic at all in the interface, looks like something made by a preschool kid.

it can’t be on purpose you have released it?

This Update ist the WORST. 🤦 You cant even just add a song to a running playlist. I'll start posting about this APP as much as i can - on every article i find about Sonos. I'am so pissed, i'am willing to waste a Lot of time on this. You made my Audio System useless, i 've payed a lot of money for the seven Speakers. This is the first time i start thinking about Sonos alternatives. 

The last Service with a great switch like this was googlemusic/youtubemusic - i'am not a customer there anymore either. 

Who signed off on that APP 🤦🤦🤦

No live support on weekends is appalling


The latest App doesn’t even function correctly for room control. If you uncheck a room and add a new room and press apply it still plays in the original room. Navigation of music and rooms is WAY worse than before. If Sonos employees used this App before  release I would be surprised! I work for a company that sells Sonos products and many systems have been sold to older people - this new App will render their system and my “easy” to use a thing of the past. Testing and beta a must for Apps - don’t shortcut the process as it will damage your reputation and product image!!
