New release of Sonos

The latest version of Sonos, the part that runs on the handheld controller (iPhone in my case or iPad) is bug-ridden, poorly redesigned and impossible to use without tearing your hair out.

Does Sonos have a return program for the $4K in various speakers I have invested in? They are * junk now base on this “SW release” which might better be described as an abomination.

Be easier to sell my * on the street than hope that a company that would put out such a poor product would somehow recover.

I used to love my Sonos. Hate is a strong word, but I am reacquainting.

Someone else must see this as well?
