new app is horrendous


I been using Sonos for many years. I got the new app update and it is absolutely unacceptable. My playlists will not play keep telling me to try again. The ability to search and add music is horrible. Help!!!!

I couldn’t agree more. The most common thing I see is” something went wrong “. Pathetic

I recommended Sonos to many people over the years. Never again. They need to fix this garbage app
