I am moving and leaving Sono’s amplifiers and a sonos sound bar with the new owners, I need to remove them from my system, Do I need to call support with the serial numbers and they can remove or can I remove within the App.  :Thank you

You can reset them and leave it up to the new owners to set them up as a new system on their account. Once they’ve done that, they will not be visible anymore on your account.
