I say lets all get together and file a law suit against Sonos for deceptive trade, they dont give what they sell you.

What didn’t they give you? You may need to be a little more specific…
All bluster until I see a court docket with Sonos’ name on it (just like the hundreds of other idly threatened lawsuits that went nowhere).
I say lets all get together and file a law suit against Sonos for deceptive trade, they dont give what they sell you.
Let us know how you get on with that.

I’ve seen your other comments to people which I have documented. When any seller claims a product will operate in a certain fashion in a certain way and it doesn’t operate in the way it was advertised to operate, that’s called deceptive trade. The Sonos app is a way of controlling people’s music and obviously has been altered to do more than advertised by trying to control the purchaser. This I believe is why it’s crashing! I chose to purchase Sonos based on sound quality and the free versatility of creating music folders which they promote, now all that has been taken away by this new app. False advertisement is a crime!

How about not joining a forum and then immediately start abusing anyone who doesn’t agree with your statement?

I suspect you’ll need a bit more solid evidence than “I believe…” for a law suit. But good luck, if that’s what you want to do. Have you had many say they’ll join you, like you asked for in your original post?
Count me out - my speakers work fine, even without the new Sonos App. I seem to think I purchased the speakers and that the App was licensed to me ‘free of charge’ and probably subject to change anyway.
I didn’t complain when new things were added to the Sonos App, so I won’t complain if some things are temporarily not working at the moment.
I'm just going to wait for the features that Sonos have mentioned here…
