Why didn’t you ask that question to any of the phone agents you say you spoke to, rather than ask it in a public forum where none of us here know anything about your system, such as where you bought it, or how long you’ve had it, and where none of us have the authority or the ability to action your refund ???
And what’s their returns policy?
In Australia retailers are responsible for warranties. You need to talk to Harvey Norman. Unless you bought directly from Sonos they’re under no obligation to help you.
