Agreed.
I can’t add songs or albums to the end of the queue anymore. Switching between sections means I have to go all the way back to the home page. It’s the everyday use and loss of ease of use that is becoming highly frustrating. 
 

Change it back to the old app asap please.

I want a revert back to the old app now or a full refund for all my stuff. 
nothing works and support is useless and blames my wireless network. Such BS.

I can hardly believe how bad the app is to use after the update... I get tons of useless error messages like „Something went wrong. Try again“, „unable to load content“. Most of my favourites no longer work as expected ..almost makes me cry…

Because of this horrible update I’m no longer recommending Sonia products and I wil not recommend until it is fully resolved.

The disconnect just happened again. 
 

I have found a work around, but Ny family is not familiar on how to resolve it.  My Sonos system is as useful as a paperweight when it’s not connecting

One more of these adverse software events and there are going to be 3 more sonos units on ebay (for cheap)

Oh dear Sonos. You seriously need to review your User Acceptance Testing processes. 

I’m due an upgrade of my home cinema setup and I seriously doubt Sonos will make the cut. 

Such a shame as the speakers sound great.

I am livid. The app requires the update but then doesn’t work at all. Won’t find my speakers- I have five. Won’t allow me to update WiFi information. My system is completely bricked. Doesn’t work at all. This system has been glitchy and frustrating for quite a while, but rolling out an update that very clearly isn’t user ready was a horrible move. You’re going to purge customers. We’ve spent wayyyyy too much money on these systems to have issues like this. A fast fix better be coming or class action lawsuit is next. Having a graduation party this weekend and I guess my Sonos speakers in each room won’t be working. You’ve literally made a bad app horrible.

I have switched off automatic updates for both the app and the speaker firmware.

I no longer believe that Sonos have my (or any other existing customers) best interests as something they are concerned about.
