I have spent thousands on amps, speakers, bars.... the connectivity issues are always a problem. I call support, guess what, I know more than they do. Im sick to death of not being able to use my system. They should team up with Musk and put them in Cybertrucks. Take it all to the dump. Sonos is a dying company. Don't buy their worthless products. They simply don't work.
If you’re in the US, dump them near me. I’m able to connect them to my network without issue. Wish we could help you figure out why you’re having so much difficulty, but there just isn’t any details provided.

have you tested the latest may update, yet? 85.0-64200 fixed all the issues and qualms I actually still had with my system. Now smooth sailing, everything loads fast and reliably, switching tracks, grouping speakers, volume changes. I'm super happy right now
The new software uses the local network differently than the original software. The default network configuration might no longer be optimum. Usually, adjusting the network setup will resolve the issues. However, some networks could never have been or currently cannot be adjusted to be compatible with SONOS requirements.
I know its annoying when the network seems to be “perfect” for web browsing, email. and streaming video. These activities are basically a network client (computer/pad/phone/TV, etc.) fetching its private online content. SONOS units must “chatter” with each other over the local network in order to preserve time sync between speakers. It’s the constant chatter that flusters some local network setups.
If you give us your network details (Mfr and model) we may be able to suggest some configuration adjustments that will improve your situation. Some models are hopeless and the easiest path is to replace them with a model that supports current local network standards.
I couldn’t agree more! Almost 50 years in technology usually on the bleeding edge. I am so sick and tired of stuff that just is too hard to work. What buttons to push how to connect what buttons there are, this is ridiculous. I wanted to take my room on the road to vacation, and I can’t figure out how to get it. Reconnected. Connecting to Bluetooth, doesn’t allow me to do anything from stereo speakers to SharePlay. This is a ridiculous system and when I finally get it connected, it makes me phone home and log into my account and associate my speakers.
