Has anyone returned a duplicate order before? I placed a 2nd order because I missed out on a cash back opportunity. Probably a dumb question but if the orders are the same exact set does it matter which one I send back? I’m guess yes because of serial numbers.

It does matter what one you send back as the order numbers and serial numbers are different per order, but the only problem I think it would cause would be a delay in getting your refund.
If you reach out to our sales team they can guide you through the process, though if you set up a return yourself, the return label should have the serial number of the device you’re returning.
