Has anyone returned a duplicate order before? I placed a 2nd order because I missed out on a cash back opportunity. Probably a dumb question but if the orders are the same exact set does it matter which one I send back? I’m guess yes because of serial numbers.  🤔

It does matter what one you send back as the order numbers and serial numbers are different per order, but the only problem I think it would cause would be a delay in getting your refund.

If you reach out to our sales team they can guide you through the process, though if you set up a return yourself, the return label should have the serial number of the device you’re returning.
