Yes, and there is informed decision making.  There are plenty of people having no or little issues with the app.  For my part I use Alexa to start / stop music through my six zones.  It’s down to individual choice.  I wouldn’t presume to tell you that your purchasing decisions were correct or not.


Well, once they half-fixed the musical alarm clock feature, the complaint totals fell away dramatically.  Now, there are poor souls who have bought into the ikea Symfonisk dream & are left sitting with a silent piece of plastic and cloth which won't install.
