If it isn’t covered in the manage your account FAQ, you’ll likely need to call Sonos Support directly to discuss it. Support doesn’t ‘live’ in these forums, we’re all users. 

Where do you want to change this username? Because on my app my user name is my e-mail. Or are you looking elsewhere in the app?
