Dear shareholders, pls fire Ceo and higher management asap

I think this would require a special resolution for the removal of the board which is an administrative nightmare for a shareholder-led company. Such instability would lead to reduction of confidence of the market, with stock value dropping rapidly, and potentially requiring special measures to prevent company collapse. In any event, even with share price stability, this would surely leave a power vacuum and would require an interim board to be appointed to ensure a continuation strategy is in place that protects the overall global functionality of Sonos - regardless of the current app status - and that safeguards not only livelihoods of the remaining staff but also ensures coding, product development, sales, material sourcing, accounting and other critical business areas continue to function.

If indeed they were to act on your strict instructions - and I don’t doubt you are a person of authority in these areas - there is a chance that the resolution of the app/system issues would fail to materialise, rendering all the money people have spent on their Sonos set-up wasted, with devices that they are unable to sell.

Is this what you want? I’m not entirely sure you have thought this through, you know. (Although it is good to see you have liked your own post. It shows confidence in your own words.)

I wonder if many shareholders actually read the posts in this community? Not sure if that is a measurable statistic.

And I wonder how many Sonos employees read the posts, if they did they would probably resign considering public opinion/sentiment of their company the past 2 months.

The CEO has to go!!! I’ve turned my back on Sonos now not just because of the atrocious app update but the fact that Sonos has laid off 100 staff, it feels like they * up royally and it will cost millions to fix and to save the cost of the fixing the app staff had to go. Can this company get any worse!

So last year because the app was ok it was fine for them to lay off 7% of their workforce (estimated at 130 employees), but this year because they have a poor app update it isn’t?

The cost to business to fix is stated as 20-30 million, so by your reasoning the workers being laid off are earning on average $200,000 - $300,000 dollars over the short term Sonos need that cost offsetting. So even higher as a yearly salary

You haven’t really thought through what you’re saying have you?

I don’t understand how it is October and I’m still having issues with my move,, roams, Beam, arc, and the ones just stink altogether, but everything else was great up until the CEO had to be working for someone else because this has to be sabotage. He’s gotta be on Bose payroll. The fact that he has a job at Sonos is disgusting and turns my stomach  please shareholders and board of directors fire that man, and if possible have been prosecuted for disrupting so many people’s lives he’s A very bad person. I was sitting here, listening to music and now listening to nothing because of his app. You know what he can do with his app?  He can shove it in his app
