cannot connect to other phone?

hi, only one phone can connect to sonos one sl? other phone cannot connect ?

On the problem phone, uninstall the SONOS controller and re-install S1. During the re-install take care not to setup a new system, you want to join an existing system.

Up to 32 controllers can simultaneously be active. Make sure that your phone is using your main WiFi network, not a Guest account.

i tried use other phone but couldn’t find the device, is it my method wrong?
