I have seen so many different ways people are attempting to get their karaoke machine to work with Sonos and the main drawback seems to be the delay. I have 3 questions.

I’ve probably argued about the 75ms delay 1000 times over the years. It gets pretty boring saying the same thing over and over, especially when people trot out the same old rebuttals every time. Being blunt saves time for both you and me.
what about the amps...since they are still analog amps and wired to speakers would they work?

I'm going to say this once and only once, so stop trying to out think it - The 75 ms delay on the Line-In is unavoidable, so there are no Sonos devices suitable for live performance such as Karaoke or DJ spinning. None. Zero. Zip. Can't be done. You need something fit to task.
PS - The Sonos Amp is a digital amplifier.
Most inputs into Sonos (Airplay, streaming, local library, Line-In) are buffered at least 75 ms for transport to other rooms. For a TV source, this buffer is smaller (30 ms) to accommodate synching with the video, but that requires a special 5 GHz ad-hoc one way network connection to the Sub and surrounds that is only reliable within in the same room. For grouping, which requires the signal to go through walls and floors, the TV signal is also buffered by 75 ms. This buffer cannot be avoided.
In short, Sonos is not fit for live performance; ex. Karaoke, DJ mixing, live performance, spoken word, etc.
