I think this is another rushed offering from Sonos. I also got the “offer” both by email and in app. neither worked as it went to the USA only site.

Go to the UK Site and there is no offer. despite the “terms” being pretty clear the UK is included.

Only legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, and the District of Columbia, New Zealand, Belgium, Canada, Switzerland, Germany, Austria, Denmark, Finland, Spain, France, United Kingdom, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Sweden, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Estonia, Greece, Guernsey, Croatia, Jersey, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Latvia, Malta, Romania, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Portugal, and Slovakia (collectively, the “Territories”), who, at the time of participation in the Owner Offer, are 1) located in one of the Territories, 2) have registered a Sonos product in an eligible territory on or before February 19, 2025, and 3) are eighteen (18) years of age or older, are eligible to participate and redeem the Discount. The Owner Offer is void where prohibited.

Based on this and their disregard for users issues with the “New” App, Sonos are really not looking like the friendly customer focused company they used to be.

They have made it very hard to want to invest in their product..

I have emailed them for support on this 20 Year deal. Let’s see what they come back with?
