[Feedback] Brand Impact when your app infuriates a user every time the open it.

When I open the Sonos app dozens and dozens of times every day, and today, every time I opened the SONOS app, I wanted to throw my SONOS products out into the street.

All I wanted was my music, my playlists, and an intuitive app to control them.
