I can’t connect my system to a new ISP

I’m a long time user and am totally disappointed and disgusted with the latest app version. To make it even worse, I changed ISP network provider yesterday and I cannot connect or even add the Wi-Fi address in my listing. Seriously! People change service providers all the time and to have a fundamental system change like this so difficult is beyond me. To try and do all these “MacGyver” maneuvers to make a system Work is ridiculous.

Someone said to reset my system is not the answer I was looking for. I still have a playlist and a library that I can’t connect to my current system.  This overrated company and the platform is just killing me! What a way to enter the new year with a broken and expensive music system. Thanks for nothing.

Factory Reset is generally a bad plan and this will trash your SONOS playlists.

The easy solution is to give the new router/gateway the same WiFi user name and password as the replaced unit, then reboot everything on the network.
