Sonos Playlists have dissappeared. Does anyone know if they will be restored, or are they lost forever?

+18When I look in Sonos Favorites where the Sonos Playlists are located they sometimes take a few seconds to show. Sometimes it takes more than one look in Sonos Favorites to finally see them.
Also if you have a PC look into SonoSaver as an option to backup those Sonos Playlists. That is if they are there.
