The current update does not function on either one of our Motorola G7 phones. Hangs on splash screen, eventually pops a program not responding wait or close message. Selecting wait will finally open the program. Have restarted phones, uninstalled-reinstalled, cleared caches. No joy. Android 11 OS. Also the Mac version won’t function on my iPad, but that is a separate issue. Requiring iOS 16 is stupid. My iPad will not accept that operating system so I have a virtually bricked system on all devices.
A quick search shows that I am far from the only one having this or similar problems. This is entirely unsatisfactory.
