siriusxm not playing on Mac M1 and M3 Computers or iphone 15

I’ve been playing SiriusXM on my Sonos speakers for many years with no problems.  Worked great.  Now just over the past weeks it is not connecting. I called support and they said engineers working on it but no bulletin or notice. “Unable to play the selected item.”  If I try to browse SiriusXM I am told “Unable to browse music.”  I’ve logged out of sonos and disconnected sirius multiple times. S2 app version 16 and  iphone 15 pro max.

You also may want to try a reboot of your router, in case there are some DNS changes between your speakers and the SiriusXM server that Sonos has been asked to point to.

Hi

I have the Sonos App with SiriusXM in stalled Mac’s with M1 and M2 Silicon processors and not having any issues. The latest version of Sonos is 16.1, MacOS is 14.4.1 and iPhone is 17.4.1. Have you updated the OS’s on your devices? Below is an article on resolving issues with Sonos app installation/upgrade on Mac with Apple Silicon.
