Dolby atmos discs cutting in and out

Hey Guys,

 

just wondering if anyone else has the same issues or a potential solution.

 

when playing Dolby atmos discs through my LG OLED and Panasonic 4K player, during loud scenes the sounds pops in and out intermittently for about half a second. During quiet scenes, I experience no drop out and I have no issues when playing Atmos tracks through streaming services. I’ve tried changing HDMI cables and 4K players with no improvement. 
 

any suggestions would be great

Hi @ST052438,

To get to the bottom of this, I’d recommend reproducing the issue, generating a diagnostics within 10 minutes of the sound popping in and out, then reach out to our support team so they can look into the diagnostics and to assist you in troubleshooting this further.
