I’ve had my Sonos Ones almost 2 years and at last the mic problem has been fixed with the latest update. I now don’t have to repeat myself 2 or 3 times when I’m standing or sitting a few feet away from them, but they could hear me first time upstairs or in another room. Two years to fix this when many have complained about it.

I’ve checked the internal notes for the 14.0 update and can’t find a mention of any changes to voice assistants or the microphones, but I’m glad to see your issues have been solved
