sonos beam 2 no audio

Help please I have recently purchased the beam 2 but when I switch on the tv there is not sound from Apple TV or my Amazon fire stick, everything is plugged in properly as soon I unplugged and plugged back the HDMI the sound comes back and it was fine couple a days ago 

 tv  set properly and the rest too and is very frustrating that I  need unplug and plugged back to the sounds comeback

    Do you have Sonos controller on you phone or tablet.  Download controller

    Thank you Guitar I think is fixed now  fingers close , is a Hisense tv with earc
