Sonos radio HD trial - still getting adverts

Hi, I’ve just signed up for Sonos HD and I’m on the free one month trial period.

The ad for the HD radio service states that you can skip tracks and that the service is ad free.

The first thing I’ve noticed is that I can’t skip tracks and I’ve just heard an ad for McDonalds.

The station I’m listening to is a Sonos one and it’s marked as being being HD. Have I actually got the HD service?

Did you find what you were looking for?

Hi @ChrisSims.

Welcome, thank you for reaching out to Sonos Community, I totally understand where you're coming from and I’m here to help.

Looks like youre still using free Sonos radio.

You should be able to skip forward on any track as many times as they want, unlike Sonos Radio Free where there is no skip or repeat functionality.

Also, every time a user switches stations or hits stop and comes back later to start playing Radio HD again, this creates a new listening session.

If you need help with any other information, please be sure to let us know

Thanks Mark,

Any idea how can I rectify the situation?
