Playbase WiFi hardware fail.

I’ve read a few posts about Playbase dropping off the network; mine is out of warranty now and I’ve done all the usual reset etc… seems this is a common issue.

My solution was simply to buy: 

Vonets Wireless Mini Bridge dongle, WiFi Bridge Cable Convert RJ45 Ethernet Port to Wireless/WiFi Dongle

 

Cost £15 GBP, worked a treat; no need to take the Sono to bits or the hassle of sending for fix.

 

Hope that helps anyone else with the same problem.
