Question

Suddenly lost ability to add to queue

This was working fine untill this week. Now cannot add a playlist to the queue or select Play next. Replace queue works, Play now works the same as replace queue.

Have tried rebooting everything, ungrouping etc.

Using most up to date Android app. Playlists are added from favourites or Spotify.

Anyone else suddenly experiencing this?

Thanks for all the replies.  I’m going with the view that this is an unexpected new “feature” and not a fault with my specific installation.

Don’t currently have the time to spend going through diagnostic trees with Sonos engineers so I’ll post in the new app announcement thread.

This looks like an android only problem again. Adding to the queue (Play now, Play next, Add to end of queue and Replace queue) all work correctly from the Music Library (artists, albums & tracks), but fails from any other source I’ve tried.

I think it's down to there being simply too many Android models and versions to keep track of.

I’m not too sure that’s the issue. Do you know of any android models where this problem doesn’t exist using version 91.00.33? Here, the problem exists on two phones and a tablet, all using different android versions.
