Soundcloud problem - Unable to play - Song not encoded correctly

From yestwrday my S1 system refuses to play soundcloud songs and say that all are encoded inccorrctly.

Anyone else experiencing this? Last time I had trouble with Soundcloud service it was a failure with the plugin.. and was fixed centrally.

All other services are working fine!

Same issue as described, for both Sonos S1 and Sonos.
No issues with other SoundCloud clients/integrations.

Wonder if SoundCloud is using a ‘newer’ codec for these files, which isn’t part of the S1 implementation. Not sure how to find out.

Do Sonos support centralise tickets to know the scale of the issue?

Same issue and timeline from France. Some songs play but most do not. Unsurprisingly unsurprised with this integration and the issues that always seem to be possible.

Same here UK on S1 app - was on with Sonos chat they know of no issue - reset the system, router, uninstalled soundcloud and re added - no change can't play anything off Soundcloud but everything else works - unable to play song as not encoded properly.

Asked me to call the helpline - come on Sonos this is an issue work on a fix.
