Why isn’t Mix Cloud working???

Not enough information in your post to hazard a guess. I note that www.status.Sonos.com shows no interruption, so I’d expect some sort of local network interference of some type.

The Mixcloud Service on Sonos is working okay here for me - I’ve just tested playing some audio and it seems to be fine.
