I can see that your country is China on your profile, unfortunately Spotify isn’t available on Sonos in China, according to our Spotify on Sonos page.

It’s up to the streaming service to allow Sonos to use the service in other regions, so I would suggest reaching out to Spotify and letting them know you’d like this.

Is your country of residence entered right in the app and in your profile on the Sonos website?
