Question

Why are they not supporting Apple Music in the web app at all now?

It’s so annoying that they have removed Apple Music from the web app. Any reason? Licensing costs?

They haven’t removed Apple Music from the web app. (I’ve just checked both Chrome and Safari.) It searches and plays fine...

Go to the top right corner cog (settings), then try signing out and sign back in again.

Have you tried the web app on a different browser?

The only thing I am left with to suggest is you sign out of Sonos on all browsers that you have tried this on, then go into the phone app:

Your Services - Manage - Apple Music - [Account name] - Reauthorize Account.

The open a fresh browser and see if it appears.
