How can i connect my phone media to sonos?

Welcome to the Sonos Community!

If you have an iPhone, you can use AirPlay 2 with compatible Sonos speakers: https://support.sonos.com/s/article/1230?language=en_US

If you have a Move or Roam, you can connect over Bluetooth.

As @GuitarSuperstar says, but with the addition that on Android you can select On This Device in the Browse section of the Sonos app to play your Android music library.
