I control my old S1 Play 5 using Sonos S1 application configured with my Music Library service. This works PERFECTLY. I control my new S2 One Sls and Amp using Sonos S2 application with my Music Library service configured in iEXACTLY the same way as S1. S2 application says it is configured correctly and has access to same folder(s) as S1. S2 will NOT update library at all. Every parameter is IDENTICAL between S1 and S2 but S2 will NOT build an index or update. This has been flagged repeatedly for years now and Sonos support gaslights users by blaming everything else EXCEPT the S2 application. When will Sonos attend to this issue?
