I tested on my system and was able to play Radio X without any issues. It may have been that the stream was temporarily down for you when you made your post. If you try to play again, does it still fail to play? Most of the time a reboot can resolve this type of issue, so try powering off your Sonos system for a minute or two, then attempt to play Radio X.

If you’re still having issues, then I’d suggest you reach out to our support team for further information, as they have the tools necessary to troubleshoot this issue with you.
