still missing playlists on new app

Hi

I have discussed this matter with a Sonos rep twice and advised to check updates. I need some real customer service please.

Prior to the new app I had dozens of Sonos playlists created over last 5 years. They worked splendidly. When I navigate to Sonos Favourites I hit the ‘Playlists’ view all and I see just one playlist !

Please advise the method to use to view all playlists as per the S2 version (pre new app). Note I am using an iPhone and iPad.

Special note that I have a Mac which is not updated and I can view and use all my playlists.

If these playlists  have been swiped for good this would certainly be a huge loss for me. My future reviews and referrals to friends would highlight that Sonos used to be absolutely great and is now below par.

The playlists are still there, I’m sure Sonos will fix this at some point
