Hello,

I’m experiencing issues with my Sonos system, as it no longer works or updates on my Windows PC (Windows 11, 2023 model).

Why does every interaction with Sonos seem to turn into a frustrating experience for users? Every app release seems to come with an apology, yet no real fixes are provided. Is there a way I can return my products? I purchased these speakers with the expectation that they would work reliably for more than just a few years.

Not such a detailed description of your issues that someone really could help. 
If you like to get any information about warranty I suggest to speak to your dealer.
