- Manage drop down menu: Choose Music Library Settings: Press +
- Choose “another folder or drive connected to my computer” (as my music is not in “My Music Folder”)
- Browse: choose folder where my music is : Users/MYNAME/ Dropbox/iTunes
- Next → SONOS WAS UNABLE TO ADD THE MUSIC FOLDER, ACCESS TO THE SHARED FOLDER IS DENIED - CHECK THE USERNAME AND/OR PASSWORD
I read some other posts about this problem, so I already did the following two possible fixes:
- System Settings: Sharing: and I turned ON File Sharing and Media Sharing
- System Settings: Privacy & Security: Full Disk Access: +. and I added Sonos, so that it can access data on my Mac. Then I restarted Sonos. Still doesn’t work
I'm not sure what to do next.
