We’ve moved home and needed to set up a new network but Spotify isn’t showing up as a content service we can add when it was and should be compatible.  I’ve tried some of the other suggestions such as deleting the app and reinstalling, rebooting the iPhone but with no luck, 

Tried on our iPad but it would need updating to allow us to update the system functionality.

Check your Country listing under your profile at Sonos.com

If it is incorrect, amend then try adding Spotify again.

It can take around 15mins for a change of Country to take effect.


This is what I had to do to get this to work for me:

  • Go to Sonos.com and change my address/country (it was defaulted to Russia, I changed it to the US)
  • Download the Sonos desktop client
  • In the Menu, go to settings then Services
  • Add spotify there (it did not work on mobile)
  • Link my spotify account to my sonos account on desktop
  • After that, the Sonos app on my phone showed spotify, and my spotify app finally showed my sonos speaker as an available device
