Sonos app

I have the Sonos S2 app on both my iPhone and iPad and fully updated and same login. My phone will only show 1 SL1(set up as bedroom) while my iPad shows all 5 of my speakers (living room surround arc, sub, x2 SL1).

deleted app on phone and reloaded and logged in and no change. Crazy thing is I loaded all hardware using my phone and got the iPad later and loaded the S2 app on there and it seemingly “transferred” all info over but the phone lost the surround sound.

anyone else have that with the same acct on 2 different Apple devices?

I’d guess you’re running some sort of mesh network?

Are any of your SONOS units wired to the network? Describe your network for us. Which model router are you using? Do you have separate WiFi names for 2.4 and 5GHz?

Have you got SkyQ with minis or other mesh network?

I would guess that your two iOS devices are on different frequencies (2.4GHz/5) and your router is confused by that, unable to correctly route.
