Sonos won’t access my music apps. How do I fix it?

What music apps? There’s a list here of what Sonos supports, currently. If your app isn’t in that list, you could ask them to visit the Sonos partners page and suggest they add themselves to the Sonos universe. Or, if you’re using iOS, most apps can send an AirPlay 2 signal to many Sonos devices, those that are too old to receive an AirPlay 2 signal can be grouped with those that can.
